what happens next?

Kids are wonderfully unpredictable, and that’s part of the magic. I guide lightly, follow their lead, and create space for genuine moments to unfold naturally. Some of the most meaningful images come from the unplanned in-between. You don’t have to worry — I’ve photographed families for years, and we always get beautiful, heartfelt results.

What if my kids don't cooperate?

I recommend neutral, comfortable pieces that allow you to move easily and feel like yourselves. Once you book, I’ll send a simple style guide with palettes, textures, and combinations that photograph beautifully. The goal is to keep things natural and cohesive, so your connection remains the focus in every image.

what should we wear?

Yes — I’m happy to photograph families beyond my local area, and I regularly travel for sessions. If you have a meaningful location in mind, just let me know and we can coordinate the details together. Travel fees vary based on distance, and I’ll always provide a clear, simple breakdown before booking.

do you travel?

Galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. I hand-edit each image with care, ensuring every photo reflects the warmth and connection of your session. You’ll receive an online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints with ease. If you need them sooner, rush options may be available.

When will we receive our photos?

Yes — extended family sessions can be a wonderful way to document multiple generations together. These sessions include a mix of group portraits, smaller family groupings, and candid moments throughout. Because they require more coordination, I recommend booking in advance so we can plan locations and timing thoughtfully.

do you take extended family sessions?

Life happens, especially with little ones, and I’m happy to accommodate when needed. If weather, illness, or unexpected circumstances come up, we’ll simply choose a new date that works for everyone. I’ll always do my best to keep the process flexible and stress-free so you feel supported every step of the way.
